Moin Kikhia

Moin Kikhia holds extensive experience and knowledge in top levels of government, business, and civil society. Working as a civil servant until 1994 he held positions in the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Utilities. Moin is now the CEO of North Sea Consulting - a research driven consulting company advising on issues relating to IT, education and labor force development in the Arab world. In 2011, he founded the Libyan Humanitarian Organisation which arranged for medical supplies to be sent to Libya and helped Royal Jordanian forces set up mobile hospitals across the country. In 2012, he acted as an advisor for the Libyan Higher National Elections Commission.
